    Heartless and Unhelpful

    I am an expat in the Netherlands – so I make a lot of mistakes and miss things, because I simply do not know what is going on. When my gas and electricity was cut of, I was left with a Dutch letter and no instructions on what to do next. After a lot of phone calls I finally had everything figured out and paid. I had to chase down Flanderijn to then communicate to me and the right people to have it put back on again. Do you think they did this? NO! They have no compassion for someone sitting without heat or power. They simply don’t care. Horrible experience – I wonder what people who couldn’t actually sort it out in a day feel like?!!!!
